Our Master Chef Jackie Nakajima was trained and certified in Japan and has had 40 plus years of experience perfecting the art of sushi making. Under Chef Nakajima’s supervision, owner Denny creates cream of the crop ingredients combined with creative interpretation. The result is an extensive menu from mouth-watering sushis to hearty sashimis and rolls, from artisanal bowls of Japanese udon to Hawaii poke bowl... There is something for everyone to enjoy!
