Our Master Chef, Jackie Nakajima, was trained and certified in Japan and has more than 40 years of experience perfecting the art of sushi making.
Under Chef Nakajima's supervision, the finest ingredients are combined with creative interpretation. The result is an extensive menu featuring everything from mouth-watering sushi, sashimi, and rolls to artisanal bowls of Japanese udon and Hawaiian poke bowls. There is something for everyone to enjoy!
Customers are always the number one priority at Yama Sushi. Since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, Yama Sushi has embraced social media and third-party delivery apps such as Uber Eats while offering takeout and delivery services so customers can continue to enjoy the same quality food from the comfort of their homes.
Now, the restaurant is fully open and ready to welcome you! Whether dining in or ordering takeout, hosting a party, or organizing a fundraiser, Yama Sushi strives to meet all your dining needs with the highest-quality food and best service possible.
